- Digital gift card: you receive it by email about 20 minutes after your order. Check your spam folder too.
- Discount codes can’t be used to buy a gift card.
- Online: enter the code under "Discount code or gift card" at checkout. For a paper card: the barcode followed by the check code, without leading zeros.
- In store: digital and paper gift cards work in all our stores.
- Validity: a gift card is valid for 1 year. You can have it extended by one year: email us the code at [email protected].
- Paper card not working online? Email us a photo of the card and we’ll send you a digital version.
- Balance: you can check your balance in any of our stores.
