As soon as your parcel arrives, we check the item. Processing takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on the period. Returns are always handled in the order they arrive.

You get an email when your return is approved. The refund goes back to your original payment method and shows up 5 to 10 working days later, depending on your bank. If you chose a gift card, you receive it by email.

Track your parcel with the tracking code on your return label. Return not processed after 7 working days? Reply to the email of your return request.
