Exchanges go through our return portal. Enter your order number and email, choose the item and select "Exchange". You will then get an email to choose the item or size you want instead. Your new item ships as soon as your return has arrived.

If the new size is sold out, you choose another item, a gift card or a refund.

The return conditions also apply to exchanges: within 14 days, in perfect condition, in the original box.
