In case of warranty, please login into your account and demand for a warranty return within a period of 4 months after purchase. This way we are able to help you as soon as possible. Please always include some clear pictures of your warranty issue so we can advise on what to do. If you live close to one of our stores, we can accept a return in our shops but only after communicating so from our part after we have received all details.
In case of warranty, please visit one of our stores WITH your proof of purchase and the defective article within a period of 4 months after purchase. This way we are able to help you asap.
If you no longer have your proof of purchase, please first contact us at support@bouncewear. You will be informed on what to do.
Please note that not ALL issues can be considered under warranty, the shopmanager or our website return team are in a good position to decide wether your article fits the warranty criteria.
