Bouncewear Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The Bouncewear Referral Program is open to all customers with a valid Bouncewear account. Referrers must have previously made a purchase to participate.

2. How it Works:

• To refer a friend, customers must share their unique referral link or code with the referred friend.

• The referred friend must use the referral link or code when making their first purchase.

• The referred friend receives a €10 discount on their first order of performance footwear.

3. Referrer Reward:

• After the referred friend successfully completes their first purchase using the referral link or code, the referrer will receive a €10 discount code for their next purchase.

• The reward will be sent via email to the referrer within 7 days of the referred friend's purchase confirmation.

4. Usage of Discount Codes:

• Both the referrer and referred friend must apply their discount code during checkout.

• The discount codes are valid for one-time use only and can be applied to performance footwear or any other eligible products.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or discount offers unless otherwise specified.

5. Expiration:

• Referral discount codes must be used within 7 days from the date of issue.

• Bouncewear reserves the right to modify or end the Referral Program at any time.

6. Minimum Spend Requirement:
The referred friend’s first purchase must meet the minimum order value of €100 for the referrer to receive their €10 discount reward.

7. Fraud or Abuse:
Bouncewear reserves the right to investigate any suspicious referral activities and may revoke discount codes if fraud, abuse, or misuse of the referral program is detected.

8. Refunds and Returns:

• If the referred friend returns their order or the order is canceled, the referrer’s reward will be voided.

• If a referrer uses their discount code and subsequently returns their order, the value of the discount may be deducted from the refund.
