My order was never delivered, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently from Bouncewear to deliver your package, we’ll try and figure this out together!  


If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!


If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know at support@bouncewear.com.


If you have not received an order or your order was incomplete, we only accept notice of this up until 14 days after the displayed delivery date. If not message has been received by us in this period of time, we consider the order being delivered as expected.


Bouncewear can not be held accountable for a delayed or missing order once the order is scanned by the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier is fully responsible after they received the package and any complaints or claims need to be filed with the shipping carrier. More info on doing this can be found here.
