When ordering from Bouncewear, in the EU you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days after you received the product(s).
The right of withdrawal starts from the date you receive the product(s) and for it to apply the product need to be in substantially unchanged condition and returned in its original packaging.
If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal you need to inform us about this within 14 days from the day you received your order. The easiest way to do this is to use the Return Center. If you have any difficulties using the Return Center, do not hesitate to e-mail us at support@bouncewear.com with “Withdrawal” written as the subject, bear in mind that this might take longer then using the Return Center.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Any item we receive without any communication upfront or without using our Return Center.
Once the return is started we will provide several options to take care of your return:
- Refund
- Refund in store credit
- Exchange of product
Please note that the shipping costs for a return need to be paid by the customer, unless a proven faulty or defective article was received. Always add photos in the Return Center when this is the case.
When we’ve received and approved your return, we will issue a refund within 5-10 days. This means that we will refund any and all payments received from you related to your product, NOT including fee for shipping.
Bear in mind to not stick the return label or any other tape directly on the shoe box. Please reuse the packing that you received the product in.
With clothing returns, make sure all tickets remain on the item.
