Bouncewear can not be held accountable for a delayed or missing order once the order is scanned by the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier is fully responsible after they received the package and any complaints or claims need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
Always contact us in case the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made.
